Shipping & returns

All pieces are made and/or dyed by hand. Each piece is therefore one-of-a-kind, including the character lent to it by it’s variations and imperfections. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom-made pieces or discounted items.

Domestic and International shipping is carried out via the Swiss Post and includes tracking and all customs-related documentation. International shipments may be subject to import & handling fees upon entering the country of destination, which are to be paid by the customer.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact Studio KaBo via the contact form. We will get back to you with a confirmation. Items returned without prior confirmation will not be refunded. The item must be returned in its original condition and appropriately packaged.

Return shipping costs are carried by the customer. We request that you track all return packages and share the tracking number with Studio KaBo. We are not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. Once we receive the merchandise, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days and you will receive an email confirming the exchange or refund.
